Telangana LRS BRS officially G.O.No. 131 was introduced on the date of 31st August 2020. this tells that if your land has been registered on 26th August 2020 or After. You are very much Eligible to Pay LRS
This LRS is for hole Telangana. All Gram panchayat, Municipality, GHMC, HMDA.

Where we Have to Pay LRS
Telangana LRS BRS for OPEN PLOT you have To Pay INR 1000 and coming to open Layouts we have to pay INR 10000. But Keep remembers the are only starting charges.

Layout Charges
- For less than 100 sq.m ₹ 200 per sq.m
- No more time to be granted says Telangana Govt
- For 101 to 300 sq.m regularization charges will ₹ 400 per sq.m
- For 301 to 500 sq.m, it will be ₹ 600 per sq.m
- And above 500 sq.m charges will ₹ 750 per sq.m
- For slums ₹ 5 per sq.m irrespective of plot and land value
